We have signed a contract with the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Sports! When we receive our certificate and have upscaled our production, we will start supplying to the National Consortium of Resources. The ministry will help us by purchasing our face masks with the pre-finance of new machines and natural resources. The contract with the ministry has been set for 1 year and in that year we can start building the foundation of our company.
The need for certified face masks will still exist even after the current crisis. The fact that these masks are produced on Dutch soil and by a social enterprise makes it that more special. Who wouldn’t want that?
If we can guarantee the quality and can offer a reliable inventory for our purchasing parties, we are confident that we can join the marketspace for face masks. Because of the current demand, we have to start production and therefore, not much time to celebrate. The hall at Scalabor comes with its challenges and temperature variations and changing levels of humidity are examples of those. Because of these factors, the machine unfortunately does not always function as we want it to.
